hey so Not exactly. I use AIG and FLAI which is a set of models and repaints(lots of different airlines) that Vpilot will use to substitute people into the correct aircraft type(not specific addon) and correct paint if it can also. so yes we see other traffic and if set up correctly you will see the correct aircraft type and airline too.

ATC just see what Callsign and aircraft Type so they would see me in a GTI(Giant)(Atlas air) B733. but ATC don't physically see me only a radar screen unless they connect in observer to the sim and place them self in the tower.

@@MattGlover I could never get DCS running smoothly in VR (online like a slide show)which is key for me. Maybe in the future with a computer upgrade.

@@pickle4474 yer you need a beast in VR but the realism in the jets is awesome.

@@MattGlover I'm running an older I7 4790 with 32 gigs of ram and a good but aging 1080ti GPU. It's not a bad machine but under VR I'm pushing it.

@@pickle4474 i started DCS with a 9900K and 2080Ti and even that wasn't happy. Now running 5950X @4.7 and a 3090 I'm maxed graphics in VR and smooth as silk :) want 4090 next :)

I use FLAI no longer available but I have a backup of the latest so can use.

sadly i had to leave Milairsim as it want fulfilling what I wanted from Mil Si anymore so i moved to DCS

Its called Littlenav Map its like plan G but better. I don’t use it for flight planning but you can. I use it a visual display for where we are for people watching.

@@MattGlover god, every online game behaves that way, its so stupid. I just wish the game could extrapolate the texture, repurpose it and broadcast it for simple visual effect.
